Halloween Wreck Dive – The Fawkner | Saturday 31st October

This Halloween, we're heading into the depths of Victoria's Ships Graveyard for a hauntingly good technical dive on The Fawkner! Resting at 46 metres, this steam-driven hopper barge offers an incredible opportunity to explore a piece of maritime history hidden beneath the waves.

We're joining the Southern Ocean Explorers club for a special photogrammetry project, aiming to create a detailed 3D model of The Fawkner, just like their impressive work on the Euro. Divers are welcome to participate in the photogrammetry project or simply explore the eerie remains of this historic wreck. What better way to spend Halloween than exploring a real ship graveyard?

To participate in the photogrammetry dive, all divers need is a GoPro

This is a technical-rated dive, requiring appropriate certification and experience.
