Designed for certified Open Water divers looking to build confidence, improve their skills and explore new underwater environments, this course is the perfect next step in your diving journey.

Throughout the course, you'll gain practical experience under the guidance of an SSI Professional, developing your buoyancy, navigation, dive planning and overall diving abilities while exploring a variety of dive sites.

Course Structure

The SSI Advanced Open Water Diver program consists of five adventure dives, each introducing you to different diving skills and experiences.

Two dives are compulsory — Deep Diving and Navigation — while the remaining three are selected from available adventure dive options, allowing you to experience different areas of recreational diving.

The course combines online theory with practical, instructor-led dives and is generally completed over two days, depending on conditions and scheduling.
