The Cressi Lightwing is a rear-mounted air cell BCD with extremely low weight. Aimed at the travelling diver, the Lightwing lives up to its name, weighing less than 2 kg for size M, making it indispensable for travel.
The Cressi Lightwing BCD is a featherweight traveler with admirable performance.
A soft back-plate, minimal harness with air-net padding in the shoulder straps and a modest-size bladder also let it squeeze down and fold up for packing. But the stripped-down harness still delivers great comfort and stability, helped by the body-hugging fit of the curved shoulder straps and supports built into the lower back to keep tank roll to a minimum.
The compact air cell has a close-fitting profile that reduces drag and delivering awesome streamlining. A smattering of D-rings and web loops and a drop-down cargo pocket lets you stow your essentials.
The semi-rigid, soft and padded backplate allows you to fold and carry the device in the smallest possible space, thanks also to a strap with Velcro for instant packaging.
The special air-net material is present in the shoulder straps and backrest to ensure greater comfort and water drainage. Adjustable shoulder straps and chest strap. It features a hideaway pocket on the right for extra space for the accessories.
The Flat-Lock Integrated Weight Aid System makes it very easy to remove the ballast from the sides. Two supports, integrated on the back lower for fixing the tank, improve the diver trim.
