An internal D-ring serves as an attachment point for dive reel etc. Additional front writing slate pocket. The 5 cm (2 inch) webbing and stainless steel weight keeper form a length-adjustable loop which your waist strap can be threaded through. then the two elastic straps go around your upper leg to keep the pocket in place.
